Our insurance company requires that all participants flying with Sydney Harbour Parasailing sign an indemnity release form. The guardian must sign for minors. All signed forms are kept securely for three years and then destroyed.
To receive the group rate there must be a minimum of 8 parasailers and they must fly in tandem.
We do not honour lost gift vouchers or tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Sydney Harbour Parasailing reserve the right to reschedule bookings for prebooked ticket and gift voucher holders due to unsuitable weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions or any other unforeseen situation that may arise.
Credit card details are required to hold group bookings. 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation otherwise a 20% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card supplied. A 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked departure time.
A 100% no show fee will apply for persons booked within a group who fail to fly.
Gift voucher holders are permitted one cancellation only and 24 hours notice must be given or the voucher becomes void.

Privacy policy

Any personal information obtained from our customers will not be forwarded to any third party without the customer's permission, except in response to requests by Authorities as required by Australian law.
We collect your contact details so we can communicate with you about your parasail booking or gift voucher purchase.
This website uses eWAY for online purchases. eWay is owned by Web Active Corporation Pty Ltd, an Australian company in business since 1999 and linked to most major Australian Banks.
