Terms and conditions:
- The parasailer or guardian must sign a standard indemnity and release agreement before parasailing.
- Minimum age is 10 and persons aged 10 to 15 years must parasail in tandem.
- To receive the group rate there must be a minimum of 8 parasailers and they must fly in tandem.
- We do not honour lost gift vouchers or tickets
Cancellation policy
- Sydney Harbour Parasailing reserve the right to reschedule bookings for prebooked ticket and
gift voucher holders due to unsuitable weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions or any other
unforeseen situation that may arise.
- Credit card details are required to hold group bookings. 48 hours notice must be given for
cancellation otherwise a 20% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card supplied.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked departure time.
- A penalty fee will apply for persons booked within a group who fail to fly.
- Gift voucher holders are permitted one cancellation only and 24 hours notice must be given
or the voucher becomes void.
